Improving flow, orientation and decision-making in complex environments
I help international brands and organizations improve how physical environments support flow, orientation and decision-making.
With 20 years of professional experience across Europe and Scandinavia, I translate deep spatial analysis into practical, measurable outcomes for complex environments.
Available for corporate consultations across Europe, including London and the United Kingdom.

Who I work with
I work primarily with companies and organizations operating in complex, guest-facing or decision-heavy environments.
Typical clients include:
International retail and hospitality brands
Corporate headquarters and office environments
Management teams and decision-makers
Developers and stakeholders involved in expansion, relocation or restructuring
Businesses experiencing stagnation, misalignment or unclear spatial flow
Many assignments involve environments where standard design solutions have already failed.
How I work
My approach is deeply practical and site-specific.
Each consultation is based on:
On-site spatial analysis
Orientation, flow and placement assessment
Identification of structural and environmental stress points
Clear, actionable recommendations
I do not work with templates or generalized advice.
Every solution is developed for the specific environment, organization and people involved.

Typical corporate assignments
Examples of corporate work include:
Retail environments and flagship locations
Hospitality spaces and guest-centric environments
Corporate headquarters and office buildings
Production facilities and industrial environments
Agricultural and equestrian businesses
New builds, relocations and major renovations
The majority of my work is carried out through on-site consultation, often in collaboration with leadership, architects or project managers.
Why experience matters
Corporate spatial consulting requires more than theoretical knowledge.
It requires:
Long-term experience of real business environments
The ability to read complex sites and human behaviour
Understanding how space affects decisions, performance and outcomes
Discretion, responsibility and ethical judgment
My work is the result of nearly two decades of continuous professional practice.

Working together
Corporate assignments are handled with discretion and integrity.
If you are responsible for strategic decisions, long-term development or environments where much is at stake, spatial analysis must be approached as a serious professional tool.
Methodological Foundation
My advisory work is informed by long-term study of classical environmental analysis, including 15 years of training within the Chue Style lineage under Taoist Grand Master Chan Kun Wah.
This training emphasized practical site analysis, spatial responsibility and application within complex built environments rather than decorative or theoretical interpretation.
Today, this methodological foundation informs how spatial structure, orientation and environmental relationships are assessed within modern commercial and organizational contexts.
